Shipping Policy
Shipping: We will take responsibility for any damage, loss in transit, or non-delivery, provided that we receive a written claim within the earlier of (i) forty-five (45) days from the order date, (ii) thirty (30) days from the shipment day, or (iii) twenty (20) days from the date the shipment was delivered to your specified delivery address.
Our responsibility for damage, loss in transit, or non-delivery ends if we do not receive a written claim in a timely manner. However, in any case, our responsibility is limited to either replacing the merchandise or refunding the purchase price and shipping charges. Our responsibility for non-delivery ends once the package is delivered to your specified delivery address.
Any package signed for at your specified delivery address or delivered to your specified delivery address and verified in writing by the carrier will be considered conclusively delivered to your specified delivery address.
