Return Policy

At Saksham Gems, our priority is your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Should you find yourself less than satisfied, simply return the item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt for either an exchange or a refund of the item's purchase price.

Please note that returns will not be accepted, and all sales are considered final after the initial 30-day return period. However, at our discretion, items returned within 16-30 days from the customer's receipt date may be accepted, subject to a 50% restocking fee.

We regret that we are unable to process returns for items that have been altered in any way, sized, or marked as non-returnable by another jeweler.

Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable, and returns must only include items listed on the front of the invoice to avoid delays or complications in processing refunds.

For ease of processing, please ensure that the entire item, along with any accompanying appraisals or certificates, is returned for either exchange or refund. Partial returns will not be accepted. Additionally, shipping and processing charges are non-refundable.
